Mission Norman

God is doing exciting things in Norman, Oklahoma! Those in need are finding new hope and coming to know Jesus Christ.

By God’s grace, Mission Norman provides spiritual and physical help to thousands of Oklahomans every year, but the need is still great. He has given us a vision to plant and equip a Body of Believers in every apartment complex, mobile home park and multi-housing community in central Oklahoma. He has called us to better provide for the poor and homeless in our midst.

It is a large task, but God is able.  We trust the One who has brought us so far.

Mission Center

Since the Mission moved to East Lindsey St, we have had a vision to build a new Mission Center to serve the families in need in our community.  Our first 4-plex to serve as transitional housing is finally complete, but this is only the beginning.

Bible Studies

Twenty percent of all US residents live in multi-housing community complexes, mobile home parks, town homes, etc. Of that demographic, 96% are completely un-churched.  This is something that Mission Norman cannot ignore.

To reach these people, Mission Norman takes Church to them. Bible Study teachers go out to these housing communities, receive permission from management and establish a bible study right in their front yard.  The Gospel goes to them.  As it says in the Bible, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" Romans 10:15

More Information

We have successfully raised $80,000 for our phase one of our new Mission Norman building so that we can better serve our community and reach more people. This could have never been possible without all your hard work, donations and help. Our initial goal is to raise a total of $500,000. The first phase will build the boxed in building, fully enclosed including walls, flooring and plumbing. This goal we have set is only for the initial building, that does not include furniture or anything else.  We appreciate any and all help from everyone of you. We pray that God will open up your heart and speaks to you to help in any way that you can. Thank you again for everything, and we look forward to the day that those walls of the new phase one building start to build. We will also update Facebook, so feel free to add and follow us there. Please don't forget to share and spread the word. We couldn't do this without your help
